At Dangerfield, we want you to love your alternative fashion finds, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all full-priced items that are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and hosiery cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unwashed, unworn, and still have the original Dangerfield tags attached within 30 days of purchase.
Submit Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return for a refund or store credit.
Pack and Post
Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, or visit any Australia Post outlet to send the parcel back to our warehouse.
Processing
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
